Nostalgia Warehouse LLC makes this easy. Our
shipping department is equipped to ship anything from a small metal sign to a jukebox
safely and securely around the world. Due to our quantity buying power and no
sales tax for out of state shipments, lots of our sales are out of the big state
of Texas. We are professionally staffed and equipped to meet your demands.

Shipping Small Items
Small items such as signs, pedal cars, and bar stools are shipped
Fed Ex Ground. Shipping is included in 48 states on our website unless noted.
Sometimes our Ebay items are plus shipping due to their final sale fees. The end
result should be the same. With Fed Ex Ground, signing for merchandise simply
means you received the item. We can still file a claim if you find damage after
signing. However if you receive an item that is obviously damaged, you can state
the reason and refuse the order.
Neons: We will only ship large quantities of neons.
Shipping Large Items
Packaging Methods
Booths are most often boxed but sometimes blanket wrapped. Don't cut your booth
with a knife while getting it out of the box. Soda machines, jukeboxes etc.: are carefully strapped or
bolted to a wooden pallet. We then bubble wrap as required.
Cardboard is
placed over and around the item and securely strapped. This method is much like
a new refrigerator or appliance.
Special Crating
Some items and or international shipments may require custom crating. Custom
crates cost range from $50.-$200. this cost is additional if required.
Damaged Goods
We ship hundreds of expensive jukeboxes & soda machines yearly with no
problems. However this last year we had 3 fatalities. I say fatalities because
when there has been damage, it's been a fork through the item or it was dropped
off the turnip truck. Nothing minor at this point. In the unlikely event that there is
damage to your shipment, the following
steps will make the situation easy to resolve:
1. When the item arrives, have a sharp knife or cutters at hand to open and examine the
the goods for damage before the driver leaves. If there is damage make notes on
the freight bill before signing. The freight bill says in fine print
"Received in Good Condition unless Noted." If you do not note damage
on the freight bill, we cannot replace the item. If you do not make notes on the
freight bill You will have to file a claim yourself with our help.
2. Upon opening your package, if you find damage to your item, save all
packaging, including the carton. Contact us immediately @ 817-572-5012 to arrange for pick-up
and replacement of your merchandise. Original one of a kind merchandise, often
can't simply be replaced. We will work towards repair cost with
freight companies. All the above stated is for freight company
items only and does not apply to Fed Ex Ground shipments.
Local Deliveries (the red carpet treatment)
If you live within 50 miles of Nostalgia Warehouse LLC in
Arlington, TX we will arrange delivery and set up at no extra charge. Upstairs
and or across un-paved terrain will be extra.

Oklahoma areas thus we can offer very reasonable red carpet rates for delivery.

Residential Deliveries for large items only
Nostalgia Warehouse LLC is famous for free Curb Side Delivery in 48 states.
Curb Side Delivery is: A freight company shows up with an 18 wheeler and the driver of the truck. They are only obligated to get it off their trucks. Most all drivers are kind hearted and will help as much as humanly possible with out jeopardizing their schedules, jobs, or health. They will not deliver into your home. That is a separate service.
New York City deliveries have a surge charge due to expensive tolls &
traffic We do however Love NYC:
1. Lift gate fee FREE
2. Residential delivery fee FREE
3. Inside delivery ranges from $100.-$250. this fee includes
placement of your new item at your desired location and removal of freight
carton and or pallet. Truck drivers are not jukebox or soda machine technicians.
We encourage customers to phone once an item is in place for quick set up. A
jukebox or soda machine takes about 15 minutes once it in your desired location.

Freight drivers stop at garages or front doors (where ever their pallet jacks
won't roll easily) Our freight companies call before delivery.
Business Deliveries
Items delivered to a business address with either a loading dock or a
forklift are the easiest for freight companies.
International Shipments
Delivery charges vary for international shipments. For delivery

Keep in mind
international shipments may require import fees. This is the responsibility of
the recipient.
